The New SA 80 Weapons Expansion Pack (WEP)

The New UK Special Forces Hand Guard for the L2 A2 SA 80. This Hand Guard has been adopted by the newly formed Special Forces Support Group (SFSG) who work hand in hand with the SAS and SBS. This fore grip has Quad rails which allow the Sure-fire Scout torch and the AN/PEQ-2 Laser to attach with the bottom rail facilitating the down or Gangster grip

This hand guard has proved so popular as an additional up grade there are now a three types available. Mk2 detachable top, Mk3 Flip top (This is hinged so that it lifts back to front) variant and a Mk4 where the top cover of the fore grip flips to the side like the standard SA80 fit. These modifications allow easy access to the gas parts. The Mk2, 3 and 4 all have a new improved slots to accommodate the paddle switch for the Oerlikon LLM-01 light and laser module.

With the Down Grip fitted the SA 80 forms a very stable firing platform helping with quick instinctive snap shooting. As part of the Weapon Expansion Pack the Surefire scout torch is fixed on to the side providing an outstanding source of extremely bright white light powered by a 6 volt lithium battery. The light is operated by a pressure paddle fixed to the side of the Down Grip.

This New Weapon Expansion Pack turns the standard SA 80 in to a formidable weapon system.
