REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
AQUITY offer a no-quibble guarantee on your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any item simply return it to us for a refund within 14 days of your order arriving.

Please follow the instructions below to enable us to complete the refund:

1. Inform us of your intention to return the goods. You can send an e-mail to info@specialforceskit.co.uk or write to us.

2. Return your items in their original condition with the original packaging, any tags and labels should still be attached.
You must also include your proof of purchase, a copy of your order confirmation or the delivery note that arrived with your order.

3. Include a brief note stating the reason for the return and, where necessary, details of any item(s) required in exchange.

The customer is expected to pay the cost of the return postage unless the product is faulty or the order has been fulfilled incorrectly.

Postage costs for incorrectly shipped items will be met by AQUITY. Items which are supplied correctly may be returned within a 30 day period for exchange. Shipping costs for correctly shipped items will be met by the customer. Re-postage cost will be charged to the customer at actual cost..
