| 1.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY |
| Exchanges
and refunds for items which are supplied incorrectly can only
be supplied if the items are returned within a 30 day period
from date of delivery. Return postage costs for incorrectly
shipped items will be met by AQUITY. Items which are supplied
correctly may be returned within a 30 day period for exchange
or refund. Shipping costs for correctly shipped items will
be met by the customer. Postage cost will be charged to the
customer at actual cost. With the exception of all ballistic
items, any items ordered which are not exactly what you wanted
can be simply returned the original packaging and in original
condition can be exchanged or refunded, whichever you choose.
Shipping charges will not be refunded on any order unless
a mistake in fulfillment occurred. In all cases goods shall
be in a re-saleable condition complete with original packaging
and labels with all tags attached to the garment. Please provide
a copy of the original packing slip to assure correct handling.
All goods returned are the responsibility of the returnee. |

AFTER SALES SERVICE |
| Upon
receipt of payment and based on current stock levels every
effort will be made for your goods to be dispatched within
three working days of your order being placed. If the items
are out of stock at the time of ordering your will be notified
within 24 hours of an expected shipping date. You will be
offered a full refund if you decide you do not want to wait.
Deliveries sent VIA BFPO will take approximately 10 working
days from dispatch date to arrive during busy periods. |

. COLOURS |

Every effort has been made to present true likeness of product
colors, variations may occur with different screen resolutions.
We therefore cannot guarantee colors to be as seen on the
website as true representations. |

effort will be made for your goods to be dispatched within
three working days of your order being placed. Please note
however, orders generally will be shipped within three to
five working days. If the items are out of stock at the time
of ordering your will be notified within 24 hours of an exepected
shipping date. You will be offered a full refund if you decide
you do not want to wait.

PRICES |
| Prices
and specifications are subject to change without notice. We
reserve the right to amend prices and specifications without
prior notification. Current prices and specifications may
be ascertained by e-mail or telephone. Request for quotations
and bid requests may be provided by our experienced staff.

BFPO ADDRESSES - Commerical Services/Parcels Weighing Over
2 Kilos |
| Heavy
packages can be delivered and tracked to a BFPO depot. Once
within the BFPO system a parcel can be tracked to the destination
postal office. We will investigate non-delivery of order on
your behalf within the BFPO system. Items have to be missing
for more than 10 days for a complaint to be registered within
the BFPO system. We will keep you informed of dispatch and
delivery dates as often as necessary for your order to be
completed. The Post Office BFPO service does not allow a tracking
service therefore AQUITY will not be held reponsible for items
dispatched once they enter the BPFP postal system. |

. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS |
|
All International orders are subject to
an adjusted freight charge after shipment due to weight
or method of shipping. International CANNOT BE SHIPPED on
a 2-day service. To ensure correct shipping, ALL BFPO orders
must include a phone and fax # or email address.

| 8.
METHOD OF SHIPPING |
| All
of our large orders are shipped via courier as this is the
most secure way to ship a package with complete tracking.
The customer pays all shipping, insurance and customs fees,
and assumes responsibility for any lost shipments to countries
that don't allow us to insure shipments within their borders.
Other method of shipping are typically Royal Mail Special
Delivery or Business Post. |
