It is critical for the BFPO addressing formats to be followed for your order to be processed correctly and if applicable ZERO VAT charges.

1. Your primary address must be the BFPO delivery address. Select BFPO - Rest of World in the country dropdown menu when setting up address details.
2. Add the BFPO address in the postcode section as normal post code, an example BFPO 772.
3. BFPO addresses to the UK and Northern Ireland are subject to normal UK VAT.
4. Orders are manually checked, if a mistake has been made and zero VAT has been charged incorrectly we will NOTdispatch the item until the correct VAT has been paid.
5.It is important to provide an email address that you have active access to as order confirmations are sent to this email address and any updates on stock delivery dates.

Shipping rates to BFPO vary according to the weight of your order - this is all worked out in the checkout process. Free postage applies to the following BFPO addressess upto 2kg.

Delivery Times
Delivery times to BFPO addresses depend upon the British Forces Post Office delivery schedule. At busy times can be 10-14 days.
Heavy Items
Items weighing over 2 kgs can only be sent through the BFPO commerical tracked service which enables full tracking to destination and insurance. The postage for this service is charged at £10.00 for upto 6 kilos, items weighing less than 2 kilos will be sent through the normal BFPO post office service unless specifically requested to be sent through the tracked service. Items sent through the normal BFPO post office service does not carry any insurances if it is lost.
Lost Items
If your kit does not arrive we will make investigations on your behalf through the offical BFPO complaint system, items have to be undelivered for 10 days before a registration can be made. FYI kit is arriving safely both in IRAQ and Afghanistan, we have had only 1 instance of lost kit which turned up two weeks later.
